BR 2-18: The Book Store Valentine

"'What if she says no?' he asked Cobweb." (p. 35)

I chose this book because Valentine's Day was drawing near. Mr. Brown ran a book store, but it is a little different from ordinary one. There was only books of ghosts. He lived with a cat, Cobweb. He didn't like catching mice, and he liked cheeses. Mr. Brown and Cobweb liked mice, and they lived together peaceably. One day, Mr. Brown decided to hold Valentine sale in his store, but too many people came his store and bought books. Then, he wanted help, and advertise for. Next morning, Miss Button came to his store, and she wanted to help him. Miss Button liked ghosts, cats and mice. She worked very hard. During they worked together, they liked each other. They tried to ask each other to dinner, but they were afraid of being turned down, so they couldn't. Cobweb and mice noticed their feelings, and they liked Mr. Brown and Miss Button, so they helped to tell their feelings each other. When I read this story, I want to be in love.  I think being in love with a person who has same taste is very good and fun.
